NASA Western Region Season Opener/JetFest2 ::
March
17-18, 2007. The National Auto Sport Association (NASA) was
at California Speedway for the 2007 West Coast region season
opener. JBA hosted a BBQ dinner for the NASA racers in the
pits with J. Bittle’s world-famous “Texas-style”
ribs and Greg Raymond’s always popular tri-tip. JBA’s
own Andy Bowman raced his 1999 Cobra in the American Iron
class and placed 4th on Saturday and Sunday. General Manager,
Bruce Tucker and his son Zack ran in the HPDE class with their
1995 Cobra. JBA also supported Massive Speed Systems at the
Focaljet.com Jetfest 2. Thanks to our valuable customers and
fellow racers that came to the barbeque to enjoy some JBA
hospitality.

speedshop celebrated its new location with an open house December
09, 2006.
New Speedshop Location! ::
JBA
has recently expanded with new show room, more parts, services,
and parking. JBA hosted the Mustang
Club meeting at the new location November 15, 2006.

The 40th anniversary of the FORD Mustang
::
JBA hit the road and made the three
day trek to Nashville for the 40th anniversary of the FORD
Mustang. JBA's own J Bittle hit the Track in the Vintage Trans
Am Race while the JBA crew served up some hospitality at this
bench mark event.

Carlsbad Raceway (Carlsbad, CA) ::
The
Annual Carlsbad Raceway Late-Model Drags was a great success.
With a field of over 100 cars and trucks from as far north
as San Francisco, the competition was fast. Lightnings, Vipers,
Corvettes, Grand Nationals, Cobras, Camaros and diesels? all
competing in bracket and head-ups classes for trophies and
cash. Things got wild during the burn out contest. Thanks
to the crew at Carlsbad for running a smooth event. And thanks
to all the participants and spectators how came out for this
great event.
